About Me

I got started in the real estate business as an investor which then led me to being a contractor. I started noticing the trend of contractors charging investors very high premiums due to a lack of experience or no real world knowledge of how much someone should charge for the services they were providing. Eventually I decided to cut the middle man out and just become a contractor myself. I already held two insurance license’s which helped me understand how to decide the value of a house from a construction standpoint. Eventually after getting tired of paying someone else to be my real estate agent I decided to go ahead and get a real estate license to go along with it. My experience provides a unique perspective when it comes to calculating the value (or lack of value) of a home or potential renovation project.
